Eligibility Requirements

Registration Requirements

Account Security

• It is the member's responsibility to keep their password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.
• Sharing your account with others is prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

Account Suspension or Closure

• An account may be closed immediately for violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity will result in a permanent ban.
• A member may also close their own account upon request.
• The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before closure.

Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come only from your own registered payment account.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable transaction charges for deposits are the responsibility of the user.
• Bank transfers may take longer to process.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account identity verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals related to bonuses require wagering conditions to be met.
• Withdrawals may be held in cases of suspicious activity.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable together with one bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering conditions must be met.

Bonus Abuse

• Misuse of bonuses or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• If abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Serious violations may result in permanent account closure.

Age Verification
